If using high quality AA batteries, then the phone is able to operate and record mesage continuously for over 24 hours. There is no risk of it running out during your event.

Yes! It’s designed with simplicity in mind. Guests just pick up the handset, leave their message and return the phone back on the stand to ensure their message is recorded.

The Classic and Rechargeable phones can be used outdoors if sheltered from rain and extreme weather.

After your event, you ship the phone back to us and we send you a downloadable digital file with all the recorded messages.

We securely package the phone, and the sign and ship it directly to your door. You should receive your phone at least 2 days before your event.

The day after your event, package the phone back in the same box we sent you, and use the return label that is included. The batteries must be removed from the phone prior to shipping.

The phone will keep recording until the phone is returned. To help with this, we include a elegant sign with the hire of the phones to reduce the chance of this happening.
